The first WEEK of owning my new car with run flats, I hit a nail. Tire depleted. The dealership was closed and since I live in the neighborhood, I drove over. They were so accommodating and honest: he offered to fix it but told me that technically they weren't supposed to. The staff was welcoming and offered that I could wait inside. They even went out of their way to search for a tire that would fit if they would have to replace. The price was incredibly fair, especially since this was on the spot and short notice. I really appreciate their work and them explaining everything to me so I felt okay with what they charged. Finally, it's great to support a local business, so this will be my go-to for tires.
